A 50 cubic metre AUSDRAIN™ Detention Tank System was installed at this apartment complex in Botany, Sydney.

To utilise the area available on the site, the tank was installed within a rendered block work planter at the front of the building. The block work walls were waterproofed and the tank completely surrounded and sealed in Canvaccon Liner.

Once installed, a layer of geotextile was placed over the surface of the tank to allow excess surface water to drain. The area was then landscaped creating an aesthetic appeal to the buildings entrance.
