AUSDRAIN™ EnviroModules are extremely efficient in the infiltration of stormwater run-off from roadways. The modules can act to treat nutrient run-off and enable this water to infiltrate back into the ground where possible.

In this project, a residential sub-division in Singleton, NSW, the modules have been installed to create a bio-remediation system treating the run-off from the roadways.

As the site was predominantly clay, the system was designed to take the initial flush. The modules create a void to temporarily store and treat the water before it passes through an adjacent layer of gravel. Following this treatment process, the water is then collected and discharged as clean water to the creek below.
